Refunds & Returns

All cut fabric and custom printed fabric sales are final and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the fabric.

For all other items you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item.

You may then return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus postage costs. Please send the item back in it’s original condition and in it’s original packaging. Please send the item back by a trackable and insured postage method to ensure it reaches us safely. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You must pay to return the item in all other circumstances.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Due to the fact that all fabrics are printed by hand, there will be slight variations in the print.  This is part of the nature and beauty of hand printed fabrics and means you are receiving a truly unique item. All fabrics are printed to a high quality and these variations are not considered faults.

Please note that these are natural fabrics and so there can be slubs or imperfections in the weave, these are not considered a fault.
